Is the transfer price per person?
No. One price for the whole vehicle, however many of you there are, up to its seats.
What if my flight or ferry is delayed?
We track your arrival and move the pickup. The first hour of waiting is free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 30 minutes before pickup.
Do I need a licence for Scoot Rent?
Yes. A category B licence and age 21+ for cars, an A1 licence for scooters.
Do I need the app?
Not for Transfer or Rent, you can book online. For Sharing yes, you unlock the vehicle in the app.
