How to use it
  1. Scan the QR code at the top of the handlebar.
  2. Put one foot on the deck and push off gently with the other.
  3. Press the throttle on the right handlebar to accelerate.
  4. To stop, release the throttle, use the electric brake on the left and the rear fender brake.
  5. End your ride inside the Green Zone and take a photo.
AM licence

E-Moped

How to use it
  1. Upload your AM licence in the app so we can verify it.
  2. Scan the QR code and put on the helmet from the top case.
  3. Hold the brake and open the throttle gradually. The electric motor responds instantly.
  4. Use both brakes evenly to stop smoothly.
  5. Put the helmet back in place and end the ride in the app.

How to use it
  1. Scan the QR code on the lock or handlebar to unlock it.
  2. Pedal as usual.
  3. When you finish, close the lock over the rear wheel.

How to use it
  1. Upload a category B licence in the app (age 21+).
  2. Scan the QR code on the window and tap Unlock. It opens without a key.
  3. Before you drive, photograph any existing damage in the app.
  4. Park properly inside the Green Zone. Not in disabled or taxi spots, and never double-parked.
  5. Close doors and windows, set the handbrake, tap End and take a photo.

Green ZoneYou can only end a ride inside the Green Zone shown on the map.
Do not blockNot on ramps or disabled spots, building entrances or pavements. Fines apply.
Photo at the endWithout a photo, the ride cannot be ended.
18+ onlyThe service is for people aged 18 and over.
Check before you rideIf you see damage, report it in the app before you start and you will not be charged.
Battery ran out?Stop safely, end the ride in the app and contact us.
One account per rideYou can take up to 3 vehicles of the same type for your group.
GPSMap positions are accurate to about 10 to 20 metres.
