Scoot Transfer is not a taxi service and does not take on-demand rides. Under Greek law (Law 4093/2012 as amended), book at least 3 hours ahead on the mainland and 30 minutes ahead on the islands.

How early do I need to book?
At least 3 hours ahead on the mainland and 30 minutes ahead on the islands. Scoot Transfer only takes pre-booked rides, as Greek law requires. For airport pickups, book as early as you can.
Where is Scoot Transfer available?
In Patras and across mainland Greece for intercity routes, in Kos (KGS), Corfu (CFU) and Santorini (JTR).
Is the price per person?
No. One price for the whole vehicle, however many of you there are, up to its seats.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight live and the pickup moves with it. The first 60 minutes of waiting at arrivals are free.
How do I pay?
By card online, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you book, or pay the driver in cash or by card. Companies can get B2B invoicing with monthly billing.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 30 minutes before pickup, from your confirmation email.
How do I know it is the right driver?
Before pickup you get the driver's name and the vehicle's plate number. If something does not match, do not get in and contact us right away.
Is there Uber in Kos, Corfu or Santorini?
Uber with private drivers does not operate on the Greek islands. Scoot Transfer is a pre-booked private transfer at a fixed price in Kos, Corfu and Santorini.
How do I become a driver partner?
Fill in the online application in about 10 minutes. We reply within 10 days and the contract comes to you electronically.
